We can only ship to physical addresses (not PO Boxes).

Shipping to an urban address costs $10 to the North Island and $20 to the South Island.

While we prefer not to ship to rural addresses due to potential delays in delivery, we will do so at the customers risk. Please use an urban address where possible.

Rural delivery costs an additional $5.

Pick up for free from the creamery, pick up time and date needs to be booked and confirmed.

Orders are shipped in insulated boxes with gel ice packs to keep the products in good condition.

We ship orders every Tuesday or Wednesday.

Cutoff time for ordering is midday on Tuesday for shipping that week.
