A cow milk cheese with a firm ‘springy’ texture. Our Chilli Halloumi holds its shape when it’s fried and squeaks when you bite it. For a little bit of added zing, we've added a touch of chilli. 160 - 200 grams.
The addition of chilli to our Halloumi gives it a nice bit of heat as you swallow
but not so much that it over powers the experience.
