Country Girl Plumillo is our plum fruit paste made from a single
Black Doris tree in our orchard. Made simply from just three ingredients. It’s perfect with any cheese and it is also a nice accoutrement for cold cut meat. Ingredient: Plums, sugar,
lemon juice.
It has a very long shelf life but probably best kept in the
fridge once it’s open.
