Coppermine is in the group of cheese collectively and irreverently called the ‘stinky cheese’ because they develop a distinctive cheese pong as they ripen.
It’s addictive and will have you coming back for more. Happily, it won both silver and gold medals at the NZSCA awards in 2018 and 2019.
It’s got longer staying power that the white mould cheese, and it’s best before date is 3 months from the time it was made.
