Opiki Ma is simply the white cheese made for milk of goats who live at Opiki (just south of Palmerston North).  It’s yummy regardless of whether it is young or mature.  It scored a gold medal in the 2019 NZSCA cheese awards.  

Like Marama the Best Before date is 2.5 months from time it was made.
